Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be prepared for shipment on the next business day.
  • All products are shipped on the next business day.
  • We do not offer same-day delivery.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

2. Delivery Options & Charges

Standard Delivery – Within UAE

  • Orders above AED 150: Free delivery
  • Orders below AED 150: AED 15 delivery fee
  • Estimated delivery time: Next business day

Remote Areas

  • Orders above AED 150: Free delivery
  • Orders below AED 150: AED 15 delivery fee
  • Delivery timing may vary depending on location.

Remote areas may require scheduled delivery arrangements. There are no additional
location charges unless classified as a non-serviceable area.

3. Delivery Arrangement

Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery to ensure someone is
available to receive the package.

If delivery cannot be completed, our courier will attempt delivery two (2) times.

If unsuccessful after two attempts:

  • The order may be cancelled.
  • A refund will be processed minus applicable shipping charges.

Our delivery partner may contact you via phone call, WhatsApp, or email to rearrange delivery.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information
when placing an order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Failed delivery
  • Additional charges

iWellness is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

5. Non-Serviceable Areas

Certain remote locations may not be directly serviceable by our courier.

In such cases:

  • We will inform you after the order is placed.
  • The courier may request collection from the nearest warehouse location.
  • If special delivery is required, additional charges may apply and will be communicated in advance.

6. Damaged or Opened Parcels

If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of claims.

You may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the parcel
  • Order details
  • Description of the issue

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Government regulations
  • Courier operational delays
  • Circumstances beyond our control

iWellness shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by such events.
